Canada has clearly been impacted by the global economy.
After two years of economic upheaval, there are still trouble spots in the European zone and the U.S., but Canada, like Brazil, can be considered a leader on the global stage.
Canada’s economy has become less dependent on the U.S. as it develops trade with developing markets such as China. In fact, over the past 10 years, Canada’s trade with the U.S. has decreased from to 74 to 64 per cent. (more…)
